Transportation Rules and Guidelines
- The Buyer is responsible for the transportation of their purchase from the OBS Online horse’s location.
- If you need assistance in finding a shipping company to move your purchase, please contact Ocala Breeders’ Sales.
- An email will be sent to the winning bidder asking for transportation information to assist the Seller in logistic organization. Information needing to be gathered include:
- Shipper Name/Shipper Company Name
- Phone Number of Shipper
- Estimated Date and Time of Pickup
- Buyers have FIVE (5) DAYS from the last day of the online auction to have the horse transported. After the fifth day, the Seller is allowed to charge board. The Seller is responsible in caring for the horse properly until transportation arrives. Risk of Loss or Injury at the fall of the hammer shall be that of the purchaser.
